Well it’s a wrap from me!
It’s been a incredible week of shooting at the races, and even guest speaking at an RMIT for my good friend, Tiffany Newman (@thiswithin) who is teaching the students on Social Media Marketing #boom!
Anyway I really hope you have been enjoying all the coverage I have been snapping up for What Would Karl Do. Once again, thank you so much for the fun, laughter, great conversations and of-course your stylish race wear. Your support and love means so much to me.
Until next time, see you again in a year! xxx

It was my day off today to dress up in heels and hang out with my best friend at the Lexus Marquee. As much as I tried hiding and tried not to “work” I was quite recognisable on the streets. Got to thank my hair by Clarity Beauty for that, and the beautiful crown by Demilinery I was wearing. The truth is, you know me perfectly well – I get itchy fingers and can’t help snapping. I’m kinda regretting right now because I ended up with two painful blisters on each side of my feet. Sigh.
Here are the highlights from Melbourne Cup Day.
Special love and thanks to S. Wallis and Demilinery for dressing me, and the amazing fashion illustration by Megan Hess.

Can you believe it is the 1st of November today, and I already have a cray cray super organised friend who has already put up her Christmas Tree!? Let’s just park Christmas aside for moment, because the most anticipated Melbourne event of the year has kick started – it’s Derby Day at the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival.
Driving into Flemmington Racecourse was quite horrendous with the downpour of rain, but thankfully the weather held up and all the fashionistas turned up in their stylish monochromatic outfits for a fabulous time at the Lexus and Lavazza Marquee.
My favourite outfits of the day (in no particular order) were Jess Dempsey in Dolce & Gabana lace ensemble as dressed by the Outnet.com and headpiece by Danika; Jacqui Felgate in Nicholas the label and Milinery Jill big bow head piece; Helen (Designer for Thurley) in her own custom designed Thurley dress ; Kate Waterhouse in white Stella McCartney top and wide legged pants and Nerida Winter hat; Margaret Zhang in Dion Lee and Sarina Suriano Jewel headpiece; Jessica Gomes in Ellery’s trademark bell sleeved dress; and the beautiful ladies in Louis Vuitton.
Anyway, I’ll let you decide … enjoy the snaps! For more images, please visit What Would Karl Do.
Special love and appreciation to S.Wallis for dressing me this year to keep me comfortable and stylish xxx

Today was the official launch of Alice McCall’s second store in Melbourne. So this morning I made my way to the Chadstone Shopping Centre to check out the new Alice McCall store and I was impressed. I knew I stepped into dangerous territory because I am in love with their latest collection, in particular their long red croquet dress with this amazing backless detail; the cute little playsuits in black, white, patterned and in different fabrication, and of-course their striking red and white jumpsuit that can’t be missed. Only the bold and daring would wear it and I can see it on the streets of Paris or New York during Fashion Week.
If you were to ask what’s my favourite out of the day, it would have to be the black and white croquet playsuit – an absolute winner for Derby Day coming up in 2 days!
Thank you Ali, and Electric Collective PR for having me xxx
